A Mookie, Random, JKA, Allybu Sunset

Sometime trying to figure out a name for a post is beyond my abilities. This one sorta named itself without any help from me.

The first fabulous artist for this post is Mookie Jones. She has been painting canvases, furniture and one of a kind accessories for over 18 years. She loves to share her artistic vision with her customers. In this wonderful shop you will find original paintings such as the one below as well as hand painted picture frames, embellished prints, painted pots and more. The second item Camouflage is my favorite in the shop but then I have a soft spot for nature.

My second artisan is Andi of Random Scraps. Andi is the Vice president of the Eastern Washington Etsy Team of which I also am a member. She currently is a stay at home mom (that means several jobs) and previously worked in retail management. She loves scrap booking and plans to develop her shop into a full blown B&M store. She also has her own web page so you can see more of her art. In her shop you will find card, mini albums and a card club that can keep you out of trouble when your memory is bad like mine.

My third feature is JKA Designs owned by Janice Alexander a wonderful glass artist and jewelry designer. Janice is basically a self taught artist that works from her home studio in Virginia. She uses a kiln to create her lovely glass pieces and finishes many with sterling silver. In her shop you will find beautifully designed glass jewelry, hand made glass candle holders and my favorite the luscious sushi dishes shown below.

Next is Allybu's Handmade Handbags, Totes and Accessories a shop willed with what every woman carries. The owner grew up around sewing as her father was a tailor and her mom made her clothes. Her day job (accounting) does not allow for creativity so all her wonderful talent is in the items in her shop. Her love of different fabric designs shows and I had trouble picking just 2 items to show you. She currently has many items on sale so I would encourage you to visit while the items are on sale.

Our last artisan shop is Sunset Surf. Before you even get to the items in her shop you are carried away by her banner to your favorite beach on a sunny day. Her style is definitely made for a bright sunny day at the beach with many of her items made with natural shell.
